The CHAIRMAN GROUP team recently participated in an informative online Zoom meeting with Mr. Jon Ukiola, KAI App Developer at H&N International, to learn more about the innovative KAI App and its applications for modern poultry farming.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Zahid Ali Tahir, Dr. Uzair Fiaz, Dr. Muhammad Shahrukh Ayub, and Mr. Muhammad Tahir, Director of International Business & Marketing, CHAIRMAN GROUP.
During the session, Mr. Jon Ukiola presented the KAI App, explaining its key features, functionality, and potential benefits for poultry professionals and farmers. The presentation provided valuable insights into how digital technology can support better farm management, data-driven decision-making, and improved flock performance.

Visit to CHAIRMAN Breeder Farms by H&N Technical Team
Reviewing Flock Conditions, Chick Quality & Farm Management Standards
On 21st July 2026, we were pleased to welcome Dr. Mikhail Malyshev and Dr. Yigithan Taskin from H&N International to our breeder farms. During their visit, they thoroughly reviewed our flock conditions, farm management practices, biosecurity measures, and overall operational standards.
They also examined the newly hatched chicks at the farms and appreciated the quality, health, and management practices being maintained. Their positive feedback on our breeder farm management was highly encouraging and reflects our commitment to maintaining high standards in poultry production.

On 19th July 2026, we were pleased to welcome Dr. Mikhail Malyshev and Dr. Yigithan from H&N International to our hatchery. During their visit, they reviewed our hatchery management practices, operational procedures, biosecurity standards, and overall hatchery performance.
They appreciated our professional approach to hatchery management and the high standards maintained throughout our operations. They also inspected our upcoming Parent Stock (PS) hatch, reviewing its facilities, planning, and management arrangements.

A Day of Knowledge, Learning & Professional Excellence
CHAIRMAN GROUP and CHAIRMAN CHICKS successfully organized an internal workshop on 20th July 2026 at Bahria Grand Hotel & Resort, Lahore. The workshop brought together our key professional team members, including farm managers, hatchery managers, veterinarians, and other technical personnel.
The workshop featured insightful presentations by Dr. Mikhail Malyshev from H&N International and Dr. Muhammad Athar, one of Pakistan's leading poultry nutritionists. Their presentations covered important aspects of poultry production, flock management, nutrition, performance, and modern industry practices.
The interactive sessions provided participants with an excellent opportunity to enhance their technical knowledge, exchange practical experiences, and discuss challenges faced in day-to-day poultry operations.
